Private label usually starts with a product a manufacturer already makes. Your branding and agreed changes turn it into your range. Before an order goes ahead, we clarify what can be changed, what it costs and what needs a sample.

What we coordinate

Logo printing, labels, hang tags, colours, finishes, retail boxes and product sets can all form part of a private label order. We also follow up on agreed changes to materials, dimensions or accessories where the factory can support them. The scope depends on the product and the manufacturer.

From your brief to the finished order

1. Start with the product. Send references, quantities, your destination and target price, if you have one. Include your logo or artwork. We clarify the specifications and agree our service scope.
2. Compare suitable factories. We review product capability, minimum order quantities, export experience and quotations. You see the options before choosing a supplier.
3. Check the samples. We coordinate plain or branded samples, collect photos and measurements, and arrange delivery to you. A sample is the point to resolve details that look different in a quotation.
4. Confirm the packaging. We collect dielines and print requirements for your designer, follow up on proofs and check the agreed labels, inserts and boxes. Our packaging sourcing service can also support separate packaging suppliers.
5. Approve the reference. Your approved sample, artwork and written specifications become the production reference. We help clarify the supplier's order terms, payment stages and lead time.
6. Follow production. We stay in contact with the factory, report progress and bring questions back to you while there is still time to act.
7. Check before dispatch. We coordinate goods inspection against the agreed reference and checklist. Photos and findings help you decide whether the order is ready or needs further work.
8. Prepare the shipment. We coordinate collection and consolidation and shipping, including goods from other suppliers when needed.

The details worth settling early

A product may meet the factory's minimum order while its custom box needs a larger print run. A colour change may affect the price or lead time. We raise these questions before you approve the order, so the product and packaging can be considered together.

You approve samples and commercial decisions. We coordinate the suppliers; the factory manufactures the goods. Product design, engineering, tooling, trademark registration and any required certification stay with you, the factory and the specialists you appoint. We can help collect supplier documents and coordinate with your chosen testing laboratory within the agreed scope.
